Terms & Conditions

Skin Easy Paris Institute reserves the right to modify the following terms and conditions. In such a case, the applicable terms and conditions will be those in effect at the time of booking.

1. Booking of Aesthetic Treatments

The services provided at the institute fall within the scope of aesthetics. They can in no way replace consultations or medical follow-ups in case of health problems, in accordance with the law of April 30, 1946, decree 60665 of July 4, 1960, article L489 of the public health code, and decree no. 96-879 of October 8, 1996. These treatments are not within the medical field.

2. Booking a Training Session

The training sessions provided at the institute fall within the scope of aesthetics. They can in no way replace consultations or medical follow-ups for your future clients in case of health problems, in accordance with the law of April 30, 1946, decree 60665 of July 4, 1960, article L489 of the public health code, and decree no. 96-879 of October 8, 1996. These trainings are not within the medical field.

3. Are You Pregnant, Breastfeeding, or Currently Undergoing Medical Treatment?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we will not be able to provide any aesthetic treatment, unless specified in the service sheet of the treatment. If you suffer from health problems (circulatory, cardiac, respiratory disorders, allergies, etc.), please inform us, as some of our treatments may be contraindicated.

4. Prices

Apart from special promotional offers, the applicable prices are those listed on the skineasy.fr website in effect at the time of booking. For any other purchase, the applicable prices are those in effect on the date of the treatments. Skin Easy reserves the right to modify the prices of its services.

5. Deposit Management

Any deposit paid to the Skin Easy institute is non-refundable, except in case of cancellation or postponement of the appointment by the institute. In this specific case, the refund period is 3 weeks.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Appointments

An appointment can be canceled at any time; however, the deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. Rescheduling an appointment is also possible, provided you notify the institute at least 72 hours in advance (business days). Less than 72 hours before the appointment, it cannot be rescheduled, and the deposit will not be refundable in case of no-show. A new deposit will be required if you wish to book again.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Training Sessions

A training session can be canceled at any time; however, the deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. Rescheduling a training session is also possible, provided you notify the institute at least 14 days in advance (business days). Less than 14 days before the session, it cannot be rescheduled, and the deposit will not be refundable in case of no-show. A new deposit will be required if you wish to book again.

8. No-Show at Appointment

After booking an aesthetic treatment, Skin Easy institute asks that you respect the scheduled date and time. For aestheticians, service time begins at the reserved time. Any delay corresponds to waiting time, which will be counted within the service time, giving the right to shorten the treatment time proportionally to the delay. For delays of more than 15 minutes, the service will be considered canceled, and you will not be entitled to a refund. If the wait extends beyond one hour without prior notice, the appointment is considered canceled. Billing remains effective. No medical certificate will be considered to justify a cancellation.

9. No-Show at Training Session

After booking a training session, Skin Easy institute asks that you respect the scheduled date and time. For trainers, service time begins at the reserved time. Any delay corresponds to waiting time, which will be counted within the service time, giving the right to shorten the training time proportionally to the delay. For delays of more than one hour, the session will be considered canceled, and you will not be entitled to a refund. If the wait extends beyond one hour without prior notice, the training session is considered canceled. Billing remains effective. No medical certificate will be considered to justify a cancellation.

10. Gift Vouchers

A gift voucher is nominative and cannot be transferred or resold to a third party. Beneficiaries of a gift voucher must present it on the day of the treatment; otherwise, the service will be billed. Gift vouchers are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be paid in full.

11. Personal Belongings

Skin Easy institute declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings within the premises. We recommend taking care of your valuables, as the establishment cannot be held responsible for forgotten items.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French.
