Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Topping: Fresh coriander or parsley
For the Turmeric Tahini Sauce:
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp cold water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- 1 tsp turmeric
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- 2. Wash the cauliflower thoroughly with water and white vinegar, and remove the leaves. Boil the cauliflower for 20 minutes.
- 3. Drain the water and remove the cauliflower. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4. In a bowl, mix the salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, and paprika with the olive oil.
- 5. Spread the mixture over the cauliflower, ensuring it is completely coated.
- 6. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
- 7. For the turmeric tahini sauce, mix all the ingredients together until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add more water.
- 8. Pour the turmeric tahini sauce over the cauliflower, then add fresh coriander or parsley. Your meal is served!
