For 2 people:
⏰ Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 400g rice noodles
- Cucumber
For the Sauce:
- 6 tbsp neutral oil
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2-3 green onion stalks, chopped
- 3 tbsp sesame paste
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup/honey
- 2 tbsp gochugaru (chili powder)
- 120ml water
Instructions:
- 1. In a pan, pour in the neutral oil and add the minced garlic. Then add the sesame paste, gochugaru, honey, and soy sauce. Cook everything while stirring.
- 2. Transfer the mixture to a blender, adding water to create a sauce. Blend until smooth.
- 3. In a pot, bring water to a boil, then add the rice noodles for 3 minutes, rinsing them afterward with cold water.
- 4. In a bowl, combine the noodles, sauce, and cucumber. Mix and enjoy!
