Sesame Noodles

Sesame Noodles

For 2 people:

⏰ Preparation Time: 15 minutes 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 400g rice noodles
  • Cucumber

For the Sauce: 

  • 6 tbsp neutral oil
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2-3 green onion stalks, chopped
  • 3 tbsp sesame paste
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup/honey
  • 2 tbsp gochugaru (chili powder)
  • 120ml water

 

Instructions: 

  1. 1. In a pan, pour in the neutral oil and add the minced garlic. Then add the sesame paste, gochugaru, honey, and soy sauce. Cook everything while stirring.
  2. 2. Transfer the mixture to a blender, adding water to create a sauce. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. In a pot, bring water to a boil, then add the rice noodles for 3 minutes, rinsing them afterward with cold water.
  4. 4. In a bowl, combine the noodles, sauce, and cucumber. Mix and enjoy!
