Colorful Scrambled Eggs

⏰ Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 organic eggs (raised without antibiotics or hormones)
- 1 green or red bell pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp gochugaru (chili powder)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Topping: 1-2 Brazil nuts
Instructions:
- 1. Cut the tomato and bell pepper, and sauté them in a pan with a little olive oil.
- 2. Add the eggs to the pan and stir until they are slightly runny.
- 3. Season with salt, pepper, and gochugaru, then mix well.
- 4. Transfer to a plate and top with a few Brazil nuts.
