Colorful Scrambled Eggs

For 2 people :

⏰ Preparation Time: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 organic eggs (raised without antibiotics or hormones)
  • 1 green or red bell pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp gochugaru (chili powder)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Topping: 1-2 Brazil nuts

 

Instructions:

  1. 1. Cut the tomato and bell pepper, and sauté them in a pan with a little olive oil.
  2. 2. Add the eggs to the pan and stir until they are slightly runny.
  3. 3. Season with salt, pepper, and gochugaru, then mix well.
  4. 4. Transfer to a plate and top with a few Brazil nuts.
