Mango Chia Pudding

 For 1 people :

⏰ Total Time: 2 hours (including resting time)

 

Ingredients: 

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 150ml almond milk
  • 1/3 mango

 

Instructions: 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, almond milk, and mango puree.
  2. 2. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
  3. 3. Before serving, stir and add mango chunks for garnish.
