Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 150ml almond milk
- 1/3 mango
Instructions:
- 1. In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, almond milk, and mango puree.
- 2. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
- 3. Before serving, stir and add mango chunks for garnish.
