Sticky Rice with Mango

For 2 people:
⏰ Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe organic mango
- 200g Basmati rice
- 100ml coconut milk
- 1/2 carton of coconut milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 200ml water
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- 1. Rinse the rice multiple times until the water runs clear.
- 2. Cook the rice until it's soft and close to the texture of sticky rice (about 12 minutes), then add the 100ml of coconut milk and honey.
- 3. Peel and slice the mango into pieces.
- 4. For the sauce: In a bowl, mix the half carton of coconut milk with honey.
- 5. On a plate, shape the rice using a small bowl, place the mango slices on top, and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
