Salmon Bites

For 2 people :

⏰ Preparation Time: 20 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 200g Basmati rice
  • Dried seaweed sheets
  • 200ml water
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

 

Instructions: 

  1. 1. Rinse the rice as many times as necessary until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. Cook the rice according to the package instructions (about 12 minutes) and drain.
  3. 3. Cut the salmon and season it with mustard, honey, paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic. Mix and set aside.
  4. 4. In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Set aside.
  5. 5. In an oiled pan, sauté the salmon pieces, then mix them with the prepared sauce.
  6. 6. On a plate, shape the rice using a small bowl, place the salmon mixture on top, and add the seaweed sheets. Make bites with the seaweed. It's time to ENJOY!
