Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 200g Basmati rice
- Dried seaweed sheets
- 200ml water
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- 1. Rinse the rice as many times as necessary until the water runs clear.
- 2. Cook the rice according to the package instructions (about 12 minutes) and drain.
- 3. Cut the salmon and season it with mustard, honey, paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic. Mix and set aside.
- 4. In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Set aside.
- 5. In an oiled pan, sauté the salmon pieces, then mix them with the prepared sauce.
- 6. On a plate, shape the rice using a small bowl, place the salmon mixture on top, and add the seaweed sheets. Make bites with the seaweed. It's time to ENJOY!
