Herring with Mustard Sauce

For 2 people:
⏰ Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of herring fillet
- Buckwheat toast (gluten-free)
For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp plant-based mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp skyr
- 1/2 tsp honey mustard
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp white pepper
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 sprig of dill
Instructions:
- 1. Cut the herring into pieces.
- 2. For the sauce: In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, skyr, honey mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, white pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well. Chop the dill and add it to the mixture. Stir.
- 3. Add the herring to the mixture and combine.
- 4. Spread the mixture on a slice of buckwheat toast, and it's ready! Enjoy! ?
